"I went with my boyfriend for his first appointment with Dr. Lautz yesterday. Important thing to say right away is be prepared to wait! We waited about an hour and 15 minutes before we went in to the exam room only to wait for another 20 minutes before seeing Marybeth? She told us about the risks of surgery and answered any questions we had. Then Dr. Lautz came in. He was pretty quiet and personally I felt he was a little socially akward. He was really busy and overbooked for the day and still had to get down to the OR so maybe his mind was just on other things. He was only there a little while but answered our questions.rnrnThen we went to see Eileen. She is a riot. She is running in 8 different directions but gets everything done! She made his appointments and booked a surgery date April 27th 2009! Yay!!! rnrnAll of the staff were really nice and accomodating. I love how every aspect of the surgery is covered. I would reccommend him to anyone who is looking for a surgeon"
