Well time is flying.  I have come into a pattern, where I will drop and plateau, drop and plateau.  That is ok, because it keeps going down.  When I started this journey, on Dec 15th I was 403#.  I had surgery on March 18th and when I came home after surgery (I gained 12# AFTER surgery) I was 386.  Today I am 278.8#.  I am past my halfway mark!!!!  One person lost, another to go (that would be a NTF person... Naturally Thin Person).  I have had a lot of problems taking my vitamins.  Think a lot is physcological.  Got sick once, every time I look at them, I want to puke.  Had my appt with my bariatrician, and she reinforced how important it is.. she could see the lack in my blood work.  I DON"T want irreversible damage, so I better get on it!  When I can figure out how to save my pix at the right size, I will post one.  So many people say I look so good.  I just say thanks and keep going, don't want to get stuck on that, yeah, good enough attitude.  Need to work on exercise to TRY to firm things up.  I think that is that hardest thing to deal with.. loose skin.  I did join a gym, even took a Zumba class!  That was interesting!  My hips moved one way, but my fat the other!  In time!  I know that is the key...  Well thought I would update my progress!  Take Care Everyone!
