i have been having fun with my weight loss getting a lot of good  commets on how good i look now compard to before i lost any weight i was at 355 lbs and now i am at 260 lbs 95 lbs down 100 more to go to get at my goal weight of
160 lbs i am able to walk a lot better now compared to november of 2008  .

hi everyone i am 6 months post op and  doing very good lost 60 lbs since january 5th 2009 and 50 lbs before surgery .
my engery  leveal is very good best in years along with feeling better then i have in years .
my surgen is very happy with me , i would say anyone planing on haveing weight loss surgery go for it , it's a life changeing
surgery  but you will feel much better when weight starts to come off   i had the lap band done and i am very happy .
