A New Year & A New Me!

I can't believe it has been a whole year since my gastric bypass surgery. I faced the holidays and didn't gain an ounce in the face of all that holiday food. I was able to keep my head about myself and do the right thing. It really wasn't that hard when I thought about how hard it was to get to this place. The sacrifices that I had to make and will continue to make so that I can be a better, healthier and more beautiful me. Everyone is so proud of me and I am proud of myself. So this coming year I am looking to have continued success and more weight loss. All the best! HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!
