"Before even meeting Dr. Korn, I was very apprehensive because I could not find much information about him or his practice online. After finally finding a website that gave more information about Idaho physicians, I went ahead to my appointment feeling more at ease. He was wonderful. I found him very honest, comforting, forthright and sensitive to my situation. He answered my and my husband's questions and put us at ease. He uses the same psychiatrist for all his patients and also has a nutritionist working right in is office that he encourages his patients to utilize. He addressed all the risks that I had already read about. His staff was very kind and caring and did the scheduling for the tests he ordered for me before I left his office. They will set up all my future appointments for me and do all the insurance legwork. They are wonderful!! Just from my initial consultation, I felt very comfortable with him and so did my husband. That is very important for his education about this surgery also. The only negative thing I would say about my whole experience was the lack of information that was available to me before my appointment.
I would recommend anyone in the Boise area to at least have a consult with Dr. Korn. You will warm up to him very quickly.
