one week after my Band surgery

it's been a week and 3 days after my band surgery and I am feeling well, I am not as hungry as I thought I would be and that is a saving grace , because I used to eat anything that moved or was put in from of me. and now I have to stay on liquids until next Thursday when I go se the surgeon and have these staples out, because they are really what is hurting me. other than that I have lost 18 lbs and I am feeling good. It's all good.
