Better than expected but....

I have lost 54 pounds in six weeks which is great, however there is no way this can keep up and I really need to be prepared to chill out when I am only loosing 2-3 pounds a week.  I think I will be satisfied with a slower weight loss after I hit that 100lb mark.  Getting 100lbs off is going to be a huge goal, from there I know I will be able to push myself harder on the fitness side. Keep on Keeping on!
