i started off at 296 i went down to 153 lbs.  thats a loss of 143lbs...wow well now i am 28 wks pregnant.....  always what i wanted.  i was not able to get pregnant for years and years....once i lost the weight i got pregnant i didnt find out till i was 14wks pregnant.  luckily i was on all kinds of prenatal vitamins....   we have 3 months to go.  hope all goes well.....   take care all will give update later
