Here I am

I am hoping that being a member will help me learn and live a better life. I am 6 yrs. post surgery and I thought most of my experiences might be unique to my situation.It looks like I'm not so unique,thankfully,and I've found a place where I can get help and support. I never recieved much information after my surgery and had to find out as much as I could on my own,so you can imagine how relieved I was to find this site. Well I'm going to check out the site now and I will post again later.
