"My first impression of Dr. Colella was that he looked totally different in person than he did in his picture. He is much younger than I thought and he is VERY attractive!!! lol...he really is though...rnrnAs far as office staff goes, I can never get a hold of anybody up there. I left many messages with no return calls, which upset me. The insurance lady was really helpful though, and she was usually the only one to return a call."
