I joined the group today to be able to find local doctors and hospitals in Mesa AZ. I go back to Bremerton WA during the summer, but spend most of my time there in Mesa.
I was banded 9/25/2001 by Dr. Kuri in TJ Mexico. He's an excellent surgeon. I've had a fairly easy time of it, except for my port being rejected by my body. I had that fixed when I had a tummy tuck in 2002. I started out at 250 and went down to 160 at my lowest. I am able to maintain at 170. It works for me. I had my last fill 7 years ago. I go to TJ every year for a fluro check. Other than that, I've been maintaince free so far. But I know that being a bandster means I have to keep aware of all new information.
