7 Year's Out!

I had surgery 7 years ago and with a little help from weight watchers for portion control am still at a very healthy 125 pounds!

For myself, this surgery has changed my life.  It is a tool that I use to keep myself at a healthy weight.  Do I need help sometimes?  Of course.  But would I be at this weight without it?  Probably not.

i have had plastic surgery this past year and contracted a MRSA at the hospital.  It's tough to keep the weight off laying in bed with an IV  in your arm.  Also, the surgery was less than successful.  Wish I would have just left well enough alone.

On a positive note, Spring should be here soon, fingers crossed, and I hope to get outside and get moving again!
