Back to work, back to regular food just awhole lot less than I used to consume. Loving the energy I have these days!

On Friday, I was able to progress to soft foods.  It has not been as easy of a transition as I had hoped.  I am still trying to get used to the chest fullness/pressure after I eat.

Proud of myself. Today I hit my protein & fluid intake goal. Woohoo!

4 days post-op. Getting my fluid in but not anywhere near my protein goal. The gas pain has been the worst part.

I am getting excited that my surgery date is almost here.  And only one day left of my pre-op diet. Woo Hoo!!

On Day 4 of my pre-op diet and feeling blah.  I don't know if it's related to the time change, the weather, or the diet.  I hope I feel more like myself tomorrow.

Today I started my pre-op diet.  It was a challenge but I followed it exactly as prescribed.
