Having the blues today...

Having pain around my g-tude and must feeling depressioned. I guess this comes along with the journey. I cryed and cryed the other night and had some thoughts of food that I will no longer eat...I guess I was in a mouring stage. I guess there will be days like this.

One the bright side, I have lost 40 pounds!
