vacation

Simi and I just returned from a 30 day vacation and as I sat in my airplane seat I realized that I fit without at seat extender and I realized that without the RNY that I would have never ever been able to go on such a wonder vacation.  I have come home with a reknewed attitude to get back on track.  I have gained some of my weight back and when we go on vacation in December that airline seat is going to have some space in it.  Do you know how many years it's been since I didn't have to use a seat belt extender on a plane?!?!  How, that was a huge ah ha moment for me.  The whole vacation was, to walk and swim, and keep up.  It was an amazing experience.
