Well...I'm back to work.  I teach a 4 hour class on Friday evenings and Saturday mornings.  It's my side gig.  LOL  My way of giving back to my community.

I figured it was the best way to see if I'm really energized to take on work.  It's more active, meaning I move around more, then my other job.  But, my "real" job is also 10 hours of sitting.  I work an alternative schedule so that I can have my Fridays off.

Other then that, I'm doing well with my food intake.  It's increased, and the water is going down smoother.  What I have noticed, is that the amount of food I can eat at any one sitting is different.  I can now get 4 oz/half a cup down with no problem....at times.  For instance this morning I had about 4 oz of a yougart smoothie.  Then my next meal was about 4 oz of mashed potatoes (boosted with soy milk for protein) mixed with a little tomato/beef soup/broth.  When I tried it again several hours later...I barely got 2.5 oz down.  And, it's still got me feeling a little stuffed.
