So here is a lil update

Since the last post im down to 225.0 im up and down between 225.0 - 230
I dont know about you guys but im finding it harder and harder to GO # 2!!!!
lol I  KNOW ... I KNOW  TMI!!! But apparently this is very common in our community ... i have tried benefiber ... metamusil and now i use both along with ground flax seed in my oatmeal in the morning ...
I DONT KNOW WHAT ELSES TO DO ,... im scared to try laxatives because i do not want my body to get used to it and then become dependant ...
I saw my dr on 1-24-12 ...NO FILL ...
 and now i feel like i need one ... i will be seeing him  on feb 21, 2012 
IM EXCITED!!!!!! for a fill ... so close to getting off 100 lbs and i want to hit that goal before my 1 year surgiversary

So it's been a while .....

 So it has been a while since I have updated this sites page .... It had been 7 mos. going on 8 since my lap band surgery .... There were a lot of ups and downs .... Since the last time I have posted  I have lost a lot more weight. Here are the stats.      

  At my highest 346 lbs  

Jeans 28 
Shirts 2-3 x  in women's stores a 26/28
Bra size 44ddd

  Presently 230.2

Jeans 18 moving slowy in to a 16 
Shirts L-XL in women's stores a 14/16-18/20 depending on cut and material ... (I'm picky)
Bra size 38ddd .... But it's fitting big :( 
 Life is good I have since then moved out of my moms house ... I met my boyfriend about a month since the surg and we are on a strong and steady path ... He has helped in keeping me motivated ... I have a bike which I use to commute
to work from time to time when it isn't cold ... Thanks to my Andre

BLAH BLAH BLAH CHATTY CATHY

So yesterday i went to my nut. and she advised me that im not eating enuff ... SHEESH... and then she tells me that i should not go as hard as i am @ the gym !!!! ... I have never had some one tell me to EAT MORE WORK OUT LESS!!! ... lol haha But she is the expert ... so ill hush and do as she says ... Today was a challenge ... I tried and tried to eat lots of protein ... Did my eggs in the AM .. protein shake mid-morn... Lentil soup and a few slices of spiced ham for lunch .... protein shake after the gym ... and a nice piece of chicken with carrots and sweet potatoes for dinner ... I calculated about 70-75 grams ... and i got all my water in for the day ... I worked out for about 50 mins ... (WHICH IS A SLOW DAY FOR ME) and also hit the sauna ... i feel good ... (FYI:burned 520 cals.) ONE DAY AT A TIME ... Weighing my self in the am ... I CANT HELP IT !!!!IM A DAILY WEIGH IN JUNKIE !!!!!!!!! lol so bad ... Looking forward to 2morrow ... I did some food shopping ... found alot of lil options with alot of protein ...But i have to be careful with the sodium!!! ...
