I guess my story is the same as everyone else. I was big in high school, lost 100 lbs in 4 months on Medi-Fast and then gained all of it plus some back really fast. I am at about 289 right now. I wear a 3X or a size 22/24 pant. I have finally gotten a surgery date for August 26, 2008 and I can' t be happier. I really think that this is the tool that I need to be successful at having a healthy lifestyle. I look forward to what lies ahead instead of dreading it.
