I have not been in here in over 5 years. I forgot about it honestly. Just saying hello and keep up the good fight. 

I am almost 7 years post surgery and maintain between 190 and 195. My lowest has never been less than 188 lol.. Im comfortable with it and it beats the hell out of 307. Anyway im 5'7 so...a loose 12 tight 10.

Anybody that's not encouraged  I say keep doing your work and cookies are the devil! At least mine anyway.
