Almost a year

Well it has almost been a year since my surgery and I have no complaints. I do not regret one decision or anything at all. I am down to 229 and have lost about 175 pounds so far. The weight still comes off but I do have more stalls and the weight bounces around a little more. There is so much more I can do now. I mow the yard all the time which I wasnt able to do anymore because of my size. I do not worry about places anymore. I have sat in booths at restaurants that we have been before surgery and swore they re did the entire place because there was so much room in the booths. I cross my legs now without even knowing I am doing it. I no longer worry about how far I have to park from some place, in fact sometimes I park further away just because I can. It is the weirdest feeling to pick up an outfit and look at it and think this will never fit me, it is too small and then to try it on and it end up being too big.  I am enjoying my life so much more now that this burden of weight is gone. I hope to continue to take some more off but if this is where I ended up even, I would not have any complaints becasue my life is so much better now.
