The scales are on the move! After two weeks of nothing, I dropped six pounds during the 4th to 5th week. I am feeling so good. Energy level is already higher than pre surgery already. My husband told me that he has noticed a change. Yes!

I had my 3 week post op appt today. I have lost 16 pounds according to their scales....I had lost 19 pounds according to my scales. I weighed 2 and 1/2 pounds more this afternoon than this morning! The scales havent moved in 5 days, I am surprised that I plateaued this quick ....
