First Pre-Op visit

Wednesday, 22ND May, went to see Dr Marquez for my first preop, had lost 22 lbs since surgery on the 14Th of May. Am very pleased, was chastised for not carrying water with me, so I will be carrying it all he time from here on out. Have made progress and walking without my crutches around the house, not steady enough yet to go out without them, however in due time, I will get there. I am having cravings, however for vegetables, and cannot do them yet maybe next week the soft veggies or pureed veggies I will try them. I am getting burned out on soups and broths, however whatever it takes I will do it, I am on a mission this time, to succeed. All for now.

Surgery Date Scheduled!!!

Finally!!! After a long wait.. surgery is scheduled for 14 May 2009!!!! Now the work really begins!! But I know it is worth it. I cannot wait, since I lost the 50lbs, I had a nuclear stress test and my heart is back within normal limits EXCEPT is still in A-Fib
but the flip side the cardio sez with more weight coming off can do the ablasion and put it back into rhythm!! 
Soooo... tis my story and I am sticking to it!!!
