Things are going very well. I am feeling awesome and eating well. I am now addicted to fruits and veggies. What a good addiction to have now, lol. I love nectarines, grapes, bananas, strawberries and blueberries. I eat them every day. I also eat tons of veggies, cucumbers, lettuce, peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes, I snack on these. It really helps to curb my appetite. I still stay away from most meat. With the exception of some lunchmeat. So I really have to bulk up my protein in other ways, such as beans, fish and eggs. The biggest satisfaction is smaller clothes. I went from a size 28-30 to a size 18-20 top and 22 pants. It's amazing. I am actually buying clothes in regular stores and wow, it's very hard to get used too. I'm not used to it walking into a store and buying things that fit right off the rack. And boy, it's so much cheaper! Lol
