"Glass is brutally honest and up front about the risks associated with the surgery. Required that my husband meet with him, and that he attend support group meetings prior to surgery with me (so that he could understand that I am not the only person that felt the way I did). That was a big deal to me. He's very factual and laid out different options, risks and benefits to different types of surgeries. Seems very professional, but young. Seems competent. Three of my friends that have had him spoke very highly of him and his staff, and said they were all very accessible....which was very important to me as well. When compared to another surgeon that I'd considered, he had not performed near as many surgeries, and that was my only concern."
