 i did well yesterday. Because of the pills I am eating less than my point value! Today I did not take my pills so lets see how this goes. I did 28 min of the eliptical this am and I am doing 45 min on fusion Pilates tonight! I ate out at Fridays but I just had half a chicken sandwich and a side salad!
