Starting over

September 19,2009 will be 4 yrs post op and this is my first visit back to this site since 2006 the good news is that i have kept the wait off for the most part my doctor wanted me to be at 150 lbs and i am at 195 so 45lbs to go but the bad news is that i can not seem to get this last little bit off i am in the process today of starting over so back on the excercise kick and vitamins personally i don't care if i loose the 45lbs but i would like to loose at least 25lbs i could be happy with that my son will be 5 on sept 29 so i am grateful to my doctor for giving me a live with him he truely is a joy to run, jump and play with and bonus i can still pick him up. well i thought in order to really get back on track i needed to journal so that is what i am doing here after 2 yrs of not coming to the site.
