Surgery went ok and the hospital staff at St. Claire’s Dover were great. It was a rough going for me up until about Monday then everything started picking up. I just started soft foods today and so far so good with each food I add in. Just have to keep in mind to read ingredients that are in foods before eating.

Went for my 1 week post-op visit today and down 13 pounds since I was last weighed at doctor’s office 2 weeks ago today. Not bad! I am on my way to a healthier me.
