I survived my first cook out/birthday party today! I actually did better than I thought I would-- really wasn't tempted at all... which was huge!!! I took my food and eat when everyone else did. I am actually proud of myself, this was a family event and althought questioned alot about what I was eating - everyone was happy to have me there. My brother even asked me if I needed him to cook anything different for me.
Any way, baby steps ahead, but after today, I belive I can do it!
