Man oh man I was scared to death about my 3rd fill.  I was thinking I am gonna be to tight but shoot it fills like i didn't even get one LOL!  Well I went to the doctors on last this past thursday and had a pretty good visit.  The doc was backed up a bit so I ended up there for about 2 hours instead of 30 min as usual.  But the people in the waiting area were so nice.  Everybody was talking about what surgery they had and how much weight they had lost and what surgeries they were going to have.  We laughed at each other and then got advice from some that had been maybe a year or two out of surgery.  There was a lady and a man there that had had the band for 1 year and the man 2 years and both of them looked real good.  The man said he had actually exceeded his goal and now they were trying to make him gain a bit of weight.  He had changed into his shorts to weigh cause he said he weighs in the same thing everytime he comes to get his true weight loss.  Everybody was like shoot we needs to put on some shorts to.  Here it is winter and you know them clothes putting about 5 lbs all day long.  It was cool.  And of course my doc was talking bout that ole devil peanut butter and stuff but that was cool.  I lost 61/2 more pounds so that was the fire.  Well Merry Christmas All!

I actually forgot to measure myself last month so I got my husband to do it for me and WOW!!!  I was amazed at the inches that had actually come off of me.  Mind you my co-workers are like when are you gonna buy new clothes cause it is really time.  I am like hey a little pin here and a little thread there.  I am not or should I say I refuse to buy anything until I have lost at least 50 to 60 lbs.  I know to some folks that sounds crazy but my clothes range is a trip.  I have a lot of hips and butt and that does not move like on maybe most people.  To be honest though now my clothes are a bit saggy.  So far my scales at home says I have lost about 45 lbs. but I know my docs will say something totally different.  Oh well I will be a saggy mess for a little bit longer.  Sorry  co-workers.

Whew!  I tell you it was hard getting thru here.  I can still eat quit a bit so I am still counting calories like I was since my surgery.  I am kinda scared though.  I go back for my 3rd fill on 12/07/06 and so far have only lost about 4 to 5 lbs since October.  I really hope my surgeon is not hot at me.  I have been a little depressed because of it but oh well.  At least I lost and didn't gain I tell you.  Now to get thru Christmas.  I have finished with almost all my Christmas shopping.  The only person left is my husband.  That will be hard because what I was gonna get him our God-daughter got him for his birthday.  Now I am lost on what to get him and have been pondering all month long.  Well I hope everybody has a holly jolly christmas and that we all eat well and come out big losers after the holidays.  Wish me luck on my doctor visit.  I hope I don't get the big bomb dropped on me.  LOOK OUT!! IN COMING!!

Well I went in last Thursday and got my second fill.  I feel some restriction at times on certain foods.  Also when I eat I can hear it gurggling and stuff again like with my first one.  So far I am 272 lbs so that is a plus.  I love my surgeon.  He hits first time everytime so far.  No probing around trying to find it like some people talk about.  I didn't get beat up by my surgeon so that was wonderful cause I had lost 9 more pounds.  I got and email from him after my visit encouraging me to keep up the good work.  You know he mentioned that ole peanut butter again.  I believe he had a bad experience with it or something.  Anyway I haven't had any more PB episodes so that is wonderful.  I am chewing like a razor baby.  Grind it all up to powder I say.  I haven't been able to post on the OH forum or update since they changed the website the last 2 times.  The only way is on other computers which really bites.  But I am still lurking.  I just can't post unless I am at church or something like that.  Well my clothes are getting way to big.  The girls at work are constantly talking bout when you gonna stop wearing those big clothes.  I am like when I just gotta.  I just have a problem buying new ones and thinking a few months from now I won't be able to wear those either.  Am I cheap or what.  Heck with the holidays fast approaching I have gotta rub together every dime.  I am almost thru with my Christmas shopping though so that is a bonus with it being the 1st of November.  Usually I would be thru by now and only need to get paper but this year I got the band and am private pay.  So you know my money is getting kinda funny right in here.
