Down 132 pounds total. Yesterday I was in Target and saw these 5 inch high black boots. Something I have always wanted but have never been able to get normal boots zipped up. I COULD zip them all the way up no problem. So I got back in the car and drove to Naturalizer where I saw a pair a week or so ago on sale and I could get those zipped all the way up too! I love my new lease on life. I am approaching 9 months out and figure I have another 6 - 9 months until I am at my ideal/healthy weight then I will move into maintain. I was so sad to hear about the girl on the cruise who they featured on the Today show this past week who was a member of OB who took her own life. Just know there are people to talk too if you start feeling that way, your doctor, a nurse, a friend and many more. Keep your faith!
