I had my surgery on 12/3/12 in Mexico with Dr. Alvarez (please read my review). I was to be on a two week liquid diet prior to surgery but in all honesty I didn't do well. I probably followed it like the last 3 days before the big date. I lost 7 lbs. Surgery weight was 211 even. As of today, 1/13/13 and I'm 185 lbs. He told me I'd lose a bit slowly since I was considered a "lightweight". I only started working out just last week and I didnt enjoy it at all! lol...Anyway i'm hoping to lose about 80 lbs total...I'd like to weigh 125-130 lbs...is that realistic?? I dont know but if I can at least get to 150 lbs which is the lowest i've ever been as an adult then I'll have some hope that I'll see 130 lbs.
