Finally Decided!

It has been 3 years since I have been on OH.  I have been researching Lap Band for the past 5 years.  I had a referral from my family doctor years ago.  I called back in March and I am still #13 on the waiting list for a specialist in Moncton, NB.  That has been 5 years!  holy crap!
So, I have finally decided that I would pay and get this done myself.  I have had a lot of disagreements with my husband of the band.  He thinks it is really expensive, and I am so far away from the doctor that is doing the procedure.  I recently went and saw my family doctor and he has agreed to do my fills and he has also told me that he thought it was a good idea. 
So I made a list of pros and cons for my husband, and told him that I did not want his permission, I just wanted some of his support.
I AM BOOKED!
My date is July 16th.  I could have gotten in a lot sooner, but my schedule did not allow it. 

My friend, Sarah and I leave Charlottetown at 7 am on July 16th and I have my surgery  12 noon the same day.  We fly home on Sunday.

Finally a helping hand to get this weight off!
