Long time since last posting

It's been quite some time since last posting, but I thought I'd jump on here and say hi to everyone.  Not sure if I actually do have Celiac Disease or not.  Got offered a position in a clinical trial but I didn't want to take the chance without having been diagnosed officially by a physician.  My bariatric surgeon doesn't think that it is; may just be that I've increased the amount of fat in my diet to the point that it's causing digestive issues in the large intestine.

Will try to get on here more often from now on.
