Hey were surgery siblings!! Congratulations and glad to see you are sitting on the loser's bench with me....please forgive me for not noticing you before but ya know there have been quite a few of us who had surgery on the 18th...hehe We are one week post op and I already feel as though the space between each of us has grown as we shed a couple pounds which has to be a good thing since more people keep joining us on the bench! What a journey we all share! Congrats again! Kellie

Tuesday is your day! Just remember you are on the journey of a lifetime. Try to enjoy every minute. It may sound weird now, but know that you are cared for and prayed for here, and all too soon this will be but a memory and you will be an inspiration to someone else. I am waiting for you on the losers' bench! ~ JudyAnne

Your day is just around the corner . You are to be commended and respected for taking a stand against Obestiy . Surgery gives you the tool... your heart gives you the spirit .. with the two .. you can be successful and regain your life . Many come to the place you are ! You are now a part of the elite . The winners .. the go getters .. and you now sit on the loosers bench ! Remember that you are human , and that mistakes will be made . Each day is a do-over .. and if you keep your eye on the prize .. ( The prize being your health and new life ) You will see that there is no dream to big to dream !! Best wishes .. know that we are here for you always ! Natalie

Rich, Have the Greatest on the 18th!!! It’s good to see more guys out here on Obesity Help. We make up a small minority of the people having Weight Loss Surgery, but tend to lose down quicker and with fewer hassles than the women due to Male Physiology. Drop by the "Men's Message Board" at- http://www.obesityhelp.com/forums/men/ -to see how other Guys are doing with their surgeries. A lot of info and advice specifically tailored to Men. I’m just dropping by to let you know that there’s a huge crowd of strangers out here pulling for you and holding you in our prayers. May you have a famously successful surgery and a record-breaking recovery! Be nice to the nurses, Enjoy the drugs when you can, and most importantly, hurry home and start walking away from those pounds and into a new Life! Best Wishes-

Congrats on your big day and welcome to the loser's bench! Now, take a deep breath, savor the moment, and enjoy the ride, because this is where your new life will begin. "Go confidently in the direction of your dreams. Live the life you have imagined" - Henry David Thoreau - Sporty Jill
