"My first impression of Dr. Sapala was of a good one. I felt good vibes coming from his body language when he walked in the room and when he spoke to us at the group meeting for people \"interested\" in getting the bariatric surgery done, he was well spoken. He made everything absolutely clear and he patiently answered our questions at hand. Dr. Sapala's staff makes you feel \"welcomed\" right away from the 1st visit, and never at a time did I ever feel \"ignored\" or never was I under the impression that his staff didn't know what they were doing.... They most certainly did 100% of the time! They always greet you with a smile and are always ready to help with any concerns or questions. Mary the Bariatric Coordinator (another great staff member) along with Dr. Sapala always emphasized the \"importance\" of following instructions from beginning to end and made sure we individually understood that. My stay at the hospital was an eventful one, with my abdominal soreness of course, and Dr. Sapala, Mary and the staff of Lutheran made sure I was well taken care of. I most definetely recommend Dr. Sapala for anyone who's \"seriously\" thinking of having bariatric surgery."
