This note is from Scott's wife Donna.

Scott's surgery was on June 12th.  A leak was suspected and confirmed by a second surgery on the 14th.  The leak wasn't repaired and a 3rd surgery was done on the 19th.  Scott was transfered to Columbia Pres. Hospital on the 20th for more closely supervised care.

Scott died on the 21st from complications.  He left behind a wife, a 15 year old daughter and 5 1/2 year old son.
