Hi there, I had a open RNY. I didn't choose it, the dr told me what he tought was best for me. I was 399lbs.a high risk. It may be drastic. But I rather Had this so he can see fully what needed to be done. I had a successful surgery. And will do it again. I had come to the end of my rope. I hated being FAT. and was very depressed about it. I didn't care what they did long as they did something. I'm a happy loser now. hugs
