19 Days Out

Things are improving a bunch. I seem to be doing great with eating bannanas so far they go down smooth. I am walking as much as I can during the day. I make 5 laps per session around my driveways that are a big horseshoe shape 3 times a day so a total of 15laps. I plan on walking in the park trails when it warms up a bit. But never the less I am exercising. Somedays my wife gives me a little push to keep me going. Other than that I am slowley introducing new foods to my system and eating very slow if possible. Otherwise my body lets me know right away! TRUST ME!!!
