7 weeks out today

7 weeks ago, I went from hoping for WLS to having had it and trying to overcome the anesthesia of it :-).
I am not being one of the fast losers, but that is fine with me because I am losing!  I lost 25 pounds pre-surgery over a 6 month period (about 6 months and a week or so)  I have now lost 22.4 pounds in the past 7 weeks, plus whatever I gained in fluid and all in the hospital!  I am so excited to know that I am almost to the point of being able to say I lost 50 pounds!!!
I have some pants I can't keep up anymore, and am able to wear some that I couldn't before.  I don't know if I have flat out changed a size or not because I have pants all in the same size that all fit like closer to 3 different sizes.  The skin under the arms is hanging more, the glasses are getting closer to fitting my face without digging into the sides, and just this morning I noticed that my (ahem) "chest" is getting flatter.  I was afraid that would happen.  Going to have to begin an account towards plastic surgery sometime this year LOL! 

It is a good 7 weeks, hoping for the next 7 to be even better :-D
