thanks for the encouragement! I haven't been on here for 4 months. So sorry I didn't respond sooner. I decided not to have the surgery. After I had my son (which is why I haven't been on here since November) I decided to exercise more. I joined LA Weight Loss and lost 29lbs. so far and it's only been 7 weeks. Hope everything is well with you. God Bless!!
