thanks, sharon, its so nice to have support from such nice people. since i posted i have recieved encouragement & support that has made my decision so much easier. i hate pain & i truly do use food as my crutch, but i know my way of thinking will change thanks to all of you who shared with me their personal trials. god bless you, raquel

Sharon, it was so WONDERFUL to meet you and your great husband in Billings the other evening on your way to your vacation destination. We sure chatted up a storm! You are so different looking in person, much younger! I hope we can get together again in the future. You are wonderful people to have as friends! BIG hug from me and my son, Christopher!
