I'll be one month post-op tomorrow and I have lost at least 55 lbs. from consultation visit to today.

I'm not sure what my doctor's weight loss goals are for me yet so I will need to remember to ask that tomorrow when I see the doctor.  I am hoping that I will be at the 50-75% weight loss goal by Christmas.

I would really like to lose another 100+ lbs by Christmas.

My goal for myself is to weight about 220 lbs so right now I believe I still have 165 lbs. to go (will see when I go to the doctor tomorrow).

At last... I saw Dr. Olsen last week and am scheduled for surgery September 7.  I am so excited to get going with this.  I know it's not going to be easy and that I still have a long way to go, but I'm happy.
