Thank you so much for your prayers. I'm going to need them. I just got an email from a gentlemen that went to out of the country for the surgery since Touchpoint HMO doesn't cover it at all. I have the option to switch to CIGNA and checking their info they have a 100% approval rate (sometimes after a few appeals, but at least it went through) Anyway, I guess I need to find out what to do to switch insurance companies.
