Almost 3 months

Well it has been almost 3 months since surgery and since I last updated my journal. I am down from 264 day of surgery to 229 that's about 41lbs. I am happy I can tell the difference in my clothes. Down from a 22/24 to an 18. I am so thankful to God for all that he has done for me. He has kept me in the midst of a storm. He has truly been my rock. I give him all the praise. Because this is not an easy journey. It has not been easy. But it is getting easier. With His help. It will get better.

I am 3 weeks out from my surgery. Have started high protein and low carbs on my own, Dr. said if I gained any weight from now to the 29th of june (pre-op) surgery will be pushed back. Do not want that. The sight has been so helpful and an engouragement for me. Till next time.

Well I went to the Dr. yesterday and surgery was pushed out to 7/27. I need to loosed at least 6-8 more pounds. I picked up 3.
So cames home decided to buckle down. High High Protein and double exercise. So let's see how the next few weeks go. I am giving it all to God. See Ya next week. Weight 270

Trying to these extra pounds. I am doing liquids only for the next 2 1/2 weeks to get it off. I tell you if it wasn't for the support of the BAF Board for all the encouragement I would have given up. But to God be the Glory. I am still hanging on. Just getting prepared. Buying samples of Protein, getting all my chewable and liquid vitamins. Got to get some Biotin for the hair. Anyway will update later on how weight loss is coming.

Weight is coming off slowly. It fluctuates. One day I am 266 and the next 268. So When I get to 264 I'll be sure. I have an Angel her name is Caribbean Princesss. She is from Baltimore. I am so glad for the added support. Much Love. I am also very impressed with all the profiles I have been reading. They give me so much encouragement. Well I am down to 11 more days before pre-op appt. So got to kick it up another notch. Doesn't help any when I have company from out of town this weekend and I have to do all the cooking. But it's all good. I'll just keep sipping away. Til next time, Much Love!

Well it's official I will be on the losing side on Thursday 7/27. I went to the Dr. and weighed in and all is well. I was 6lbs lighter. Boy was I excited. I really appreciated Dr. Beaver and his staff at Flowers Medical Center. They are just awesome. Well TTFN I will see you on the losing side.
