DS?

I'm 8 years out from RNY now and considering a switch. Since my RNY and losing 125lb, I've given birth to 2 children, fallen in love with chocolate in a way I never suspected could happen, and gained back all the weight. I started snacking in my first pregnancy and have never stopped the habit. I never really feel all that full even after a large meal. According to a GI doctor, my pouch is still the size of a walnut. My metabolism is probably slower than it ever was and it freaks me out to know my pouch is still intact. Maybe it's super stretchy or the outlet has stretched?  I'd like to have a revision to DS, but insurance doesn't cover the procedure.
