After reading a post about goals along the way of the weight loss journey, I decided to map out my milestone goals. HW 250, SW 235
1. 25% of excess weight lost (219#) Met Sept 30th
2. ~50# lost/Onederland (199#) Met Dec 11th
3. No longer obese (185#) Met Jan 31st
4. Surgeon's goal (170#) Met April 22nd
5. Pre-pregnancy weight (165#) Met May 20th
6. Normal BMI (154#)
7. 100# lost (150#)
