Ok so I haven't been back on here in forever... But I need some advice and support.  

I had vsg in September of 2014 and lost about 70lbs. Lately I have been feeling like I am always hungry and have made terrible designs causing me to gain 15lb

I have heard of the 3 week stall, but I just hit my 2 weeks post op and have not lost any weight for the last 5 days. Basically once I moved from clear liquids to full liquids I have not seen any movement on the scale. I have not been drinking much asi

I am finally on full liquids and have been able to get some things down (couple sips of cream soup, sf pudding) but I am trying to get my premier protein shake down and I just don't know if I can ever do it.
