thankyou for taking the time to visit my page. im a exec chef in ft worth and i have been a chef since i left culinary school at the culinary institute of america in 1997. i love everything about being a chef all the way down to having chef k on my license plates...lol i know kewl huh? i have been big all my life and i have struggled with being fat not just because im a chef and make great food, i have struggled with food and my weight most of my life. its been easy for me to make friends and make people laugh cuz i would just hide behind the reality that really i was sad because i was fat and i even now have " never trust a skinny chef " on my business cards and while i really have had that since i was in culinary school...im really not happy with being a fat chef...:( but i know that is going to change if i can get this lap band surgery done. thankyou for taking the time to look at my page...:) have a blessed day...:)
