Kenda, Congrats on getting a surgery date. Put those fears to rest and know that you are making a positive step in the right direction to prolonging your life!! Surgery can assist you in accomplishing the goals that you have set in your life. Make an inventory of why you want surgery...where do you want to be in 3 months, 6 months, one year. This tool is amazing but of course losing weight no matter what you do is not easy. Take good care of yourself. KimmieTN
