Well i have 4 more days before surgery, I'm excited nervous, cant wait. The protein shakes aren't bad at all, i drink alot, alota water, over 64oz , and boy I'm in the washroom quite abit, but i started out at 246, weighed myself 5 days later just to see and now i weigh241. i don't know exactly how much I'm suppose to lose , now Ive cheated alittle, i would ask my husband for a bite of his sandwich, but he explained to me, that i CANNOT do that after surgery. But Ive been eating my vegetables , but i think I'm doing well. we will see.
